1000w Ebay Grid tie Inverter burn up

This inverter was used correctly but due to heat and a weak design the input filter capacitors blew up leaking and burning the board badly. If you connect additional large capacitors on the panel input terminals it will avoid this. Typical caps to add would be 4700uf at 50v adding two in parallel is even better. I added two 10,000uf 35v caps on my other inverters, they are doing great for over two years.
