Fallout 3 - Modded

Took a stroll down tranquility...er...memory lane and got Fallout 3 running on Windows 10 (* many good guides for this). In addition to the required INI tweaks, I also put in a few optimizations of my own. My drivers did NOT like that. Crashed badly. * Note 2: Discovered the Megaton overhead walkway mod conflicts with the House and Theme overhaul. Cell edit conflict. A merge patch would fix it but I don't need the walkway that badly so I omitted it.
