Is the man in the chrome mercedes a celebrity?

A man in cap jumps out of a chrome mercedes at Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills. I filmed this clip with my video camera on my California vacation in june this summer. Is the man in cap a celebrity? The car is pretty conspicuous... Anyone who recognizes him or the car? I´m a bit curious.
