Keto Mug Lasagna is a such a great idea that I saw on Instagram. You layer or place all the ingredients in a mason jar and microwave it. I adapted it to keto, in order to make quick recipes. You can make as many variations as you like. I have made the quickest version of the mug lasagna that you can make. But you can add ricotta cheese, parmesan, shirataki noodles, sauted mushrooms, spinach or anything of your liking. Zuccini noodles can be replaced with cabbage or any other vaegatable.
