Sedona igniter module replacement How to change the igniter spark module part 31161 or 31162 in a Sedona by Lynx Grill 1. Remove drip tray and control knobs 2. Under the control panel, on the left and right side, remove the screws with a Phillips head screw driver 3. Carefully remove the control panel face as the electrode wires will be connected to the igniter module which is screwed to the back of the control panel 4. Loosen the screws to the igniter shield to slide off the igniter shield 5. Remove the igniter module from the shield and remove the electrode wires from the old module and secure in the new module 6. Place the new module in the shield 7. Slide the shield back on the control panel and tighten screws 8. Reinstall control panel and secure with screws 9. Reinstall drip tray and control knobs If you need to change the 9 volt, look for the battery holder under the grill. Remove the holder and replace battery. Slide holder in place until you hear a click.
