Son of Man - The Messiah Ep 11 - Who do you say that I am?

Over and over, Jesus called himself the Son of Man, and told his disciples that he would some day be in heaven with the Father and had the authority to judge because he is the Son of Man. Scripture References: Matthew 9:6; Matthew 16:13, Matthew 18:11; Mark 8:38, John 1:51, John 5: 27 Jesus called himself "Son of Man" showing his humanness along with his divinity. Muslims often contend that because Jesus used this term for himself that he was admitting that he was not divine. But the term Son of Man was very familiar to the Jewish people of his day because it was the term used for the Messiah throughout the Old Testament. By using the name Son of Man, Jesus made it clear that he is divine and is the Messiah of the Jews, the Savior of the World.
