Gymnastics is a great way to develop strength, flexibility and coordination and is a wonderful foundation sport for boys and girls of all ages. East Gymnastics opened in March 2012 to provide local gymnastics classes in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. East Gymnastics Edgecliff is proud of its team of highly trained coaches and great equipment including tumbling mats, beams, bars, rings, trampoline, ropes and vault.
