WORKOUT DESCRIPTION:
BIKEBLAST is a indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. Low impact workout where you can burn up to 600 calories a session.
With bass pumping music this workout takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat racing. In this BIKEBLAST workout you spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
▪️ Level: 1 for beginners
▪️ Equipment: Stationary Bike
▪️ Duration: 55 minutes
▪️ Serie Duration: 12 weeks (3 every week)
