Homemade Strawberry Pancakes with a Simple Strawberry Sauce!

In today’s video I am sharing how to make these easy homemade strawberry pancakes with a quick & simple strawberry sauce! These are perfect to make any time of the year for breakfast, brunch or dinner! Whenever you are in the mood for some homemade fluffy pancakes. They taste so good homemade and the strawberry sauce adds the perfect amount of sweetness! Don’t forget to top it with some fresh strawberries as well. Strawberry Pancakes recipe: Dry Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour 3 Tbsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Wet ingredients: 1 cup buttermilk *(you can make your own buttermilk by combining 1 cup of milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice, stir and let it sit for 10 min) 1/4 cup melted butter (half a stick) 1 beaten egg 1/2 tsp vanilla Strawberry sauce: 2 cups fresh chopped strawberries 2-3 Tbsp sugar 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 Tbsp water Instructions listed in video!
