Fantasy Imagery in the Bible (Exegetical Eschatology)

Hank Hanegraaff, the host of the Bible Answer Man broadcast, explains that apocalyptic passages employ fantasy imagery, such as a red dragon with seven heads and ten horns, locusts with human faces, and a beast that resembles a leopard with feet like a bear and a mouth like a lion. What is distinct about such fantasy images is that they do not correspond to anything in the real world. Yet, though such images are unreal, they provide a realistic means by which to ponder reality. ✅ For further study, get Hank's book "The Apocalypse Code: Find Out What the Bible Really Says about the End Times and Why It Matters Today" on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3c10P8j ------------------------------------------------- Connect with the Christian Research Institute (CRI): 🔴 Subscribe to our channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/CRInstitute?sub_confirmation=1 🔴 Subscribe to the Bible Answer Man on Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/bible-answer-man-podcast-with-hank-hanegraaff/id569236334 ✔️ Subscribe to “Hank Unplugged” on Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/hank-unplugged-essential-christian-conversations/id1243088708 ✔️ Subscribe to our magazine the Cʜʀɪsᴛɪᴀɴ Rᴇsᴇᴀʀᴄʜ Jᴏᴜʀɴᴀʟ's weekly podcast https://www.spreaker.com/show/postmodern-realities-podcast-christian-r 📒 Visit CRI’s website: http://www.equip.org/ ✅ Listen to the Bible Answer Man broadcast live streaming Monday through Friday from 6-6:30 PM ET online at http://www.equip.org/ #hankhanegraaff #bibleanswerman #endtimes
