Raw Vegan Pear Banana Green Smoothie - quick & healthy recipe!

I make smoothies everyday. They give me energy and great nutrition! I try to mix up the fruit I use everyday. This smoothie is completely raw and vegan and mostly organic! Today's smoothie is pear and banana with baby spinach and ground flax seed. Super healthy, light, and gritty. I love the grittiness of the pear and the sweetness of the banana. You'd barely know there were any greens in here if it wasn't for the color! Enjoy! What you'll need: - organic baby spinach (about one large handful) - 1 organic pear (I used a d'anjou pear) - 1 banana (organic or not organic, your choice) - about 2 handfuls of ice (or more) - 1/2 cup water - ground flax seed (for omega 3's! yay)
