Wash thoroughly chicken livers and cut them into medium sized pieces. 2. Add these liver pieces to a pan, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, spices or garam masala powder, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander, 1 cup of water and salt. 3. Mix well, add oil and close the lid. 4. Cook on medium flame for about 10 minutes or till the water dries up. 5. Saute till the oil separates. 6. Add red chilli powder, sauté for 30 seconds and switch off the flame. Murghi ki tali hui Kaleji or Fried Chicken Liver is ready.
