Psalm 118 is a song of thanksgiving, celebrating God's enduring mercy and is the last of the “Egyptian Hallel” psalms (113-118), used in Jewish and Christian liturgies during important religious celebrations.♂️ As you know, this is the Eastern Orthodox Channel of "Bulgarian East Orthodox." Here, I publish materials for enjoyment and for those who want to study or practice the East Orthodox Church. We combine different languages, allowing for comparative study, which is an integral part of learning. Psalm 117, previously covered, is the shortest psalm and chapter in the Bible but is significant for its call for all nations to praise the Lord.
