15 MIN Barre Sock Workout at Home. Lower Body, Full-Body, only need a chair, a mat and socks.

If you've got 15 minutes you can tone and strengthen your legs and core with this fast and simple workout. No makeup, and today I'm in my PJs; you don't need to look fancy to sweat and get strong! 5 exercises standing behind a chair work glutes, quads, hamstrings and inner thigh. Then switch legs. 3 exercises on the mat to tone up the glutes and core. Use Gliders if you have them, but any socks work great on smooth floors.
