Adding Key Vault to Azure DevOps Pipeline

Welcome to phase two of the Azure DevOps Pipeline project with Terraform! In the previous video we built a basic Azure DevOps Pipeline using Terraform and then deployed a Terraform config to Azure with the pipeline. This time we are going to dynamically create service principals to use in the pipeline and store our sensitive variables in Key Vault.
