Die Wende EP 1983: The drama began in the sixties when 4 tragic miscarriages initiated the downfall of Western civilization. The results of these miscarriages developed into 4 full-grown human beings, and it soon became apparent that they were easily inspired by dirt and noise. They began to gang up with other youths to form bands and deal a death blow to German culture. Kirk and Mampe played with the legendary and unsurpassed dance band "Hektik 81" until they sought solace in meditation (ex und hopp), and while Mampe continued his music studies, Kirk and Rolf met. The two finally saw in Ritchie, the failed electrician, the right man to continue their subcultural work (original text Kirk: "it'll never work with him"). Despite a long search, no suitable drummer could be found. Summer came and Lübeck's underground gathered on the beach for a general booze-up. While Rolf's relationship with his girlfriend was slowly falling apart, Kirk was celebrating the end of his gardening career and Ritchie was drawing hearts in the sand, they met the long-lost Mampe. Now they were complete Rolr, Mampe, Kirk and Ritchie - the rampage could begin!
