Instant Pot Applesauce

Ingredients: 10 Fuji apples (or apples of your choice), peeled and cored 1/4 cup of filtered water Directions: Put apples in your pot and add water. Close the pot and seal the vent. Set the pot to manual, high pressure for 5 minutes. You can either quick release or manual release the pressure. Transfer your apples to your mixer; use a hand mixer, or use an immersion blender. Blend/mix to your desired consistency. Afterward, I used a Squooshi filling station (you can find it here https://amzn.to/2GJUcqK) to put my applesauce into reusable squeeze pouches! I organize my recipes with a fabulous web-based program (that also has an app) called Plan to Eat. It allows you to catalog your recipes, import from the web with one click, easily change serving sizes, plan a menu by dragging and dropping, and create your shopping list from your menu. It also combines various amounts of the same ingredient so you don't have to!
