HOW TO MAKE KETO FUDGE!! / LOW CARB DESSERT!!

Back at my parent’s house for another keto dessert! Watch us make a keto fudge for the first time! Super low carb and delicious! Keto Fudge Ingredients: 1 cup full fat coconut cream 1/4 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener 2 teaspons vanilla extract 2 tablespoons butter, room temp 1 cup stevia sweetened dark chocolate chips Directions: Line a loaf pan with parchment paper In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the coconut cream, sweetener and vanilla extract to a simmer, stirring often. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until it has reduced by nearly half and has the consistency of condensed milk. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the butter until is has melted. Stir in the dark chocolate chips until they have melted. Remove from the heat and pour into the prepared loaf pan. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the fudge has set. Turn upside down on a wooden cutting board and pop out. Use a sharp, heavy knife to carefully cut 1-inch square pieces. Store in refrigerator.
