Sugar-free Paleo Chocolate Pecan Pie Truffle

Welcome to my first video! Today I made some Paleo Pecan Pie Truffles. Check out the recipe below.👇🏻 Pecan Pie Truffles Ingredients - Truffles 1. 1 1/2 cups pecan halves 2. 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 3. 3 Tbs coconut flour 4. 2 Tbs coconut oil 5. 2 Tbs grass fed ghee or butter 6. 1 tsp cinnamon 7. 1 tsp vanilla extract Chocolate sauce 1. 4 oz unsweetened bakers chocolate 2. 1/3 cup maple syrup 3. 2 1/2 Tbs coconut oil 4. 1 tsp vanilla Instructions- Truffle base- 1. Place all ingredients for the truffle base into a food processor and pulse till dough forms. (You’re looking for it to be a little sticky with a few small chunks.) 2. Roll into small balls and place on a cookie sheet fitted with parchment paper or a silicone mat. 3. Place in freezer for 30 minutes or until the truffles are firm enough to dip. Chocolate sauce- 1. Place the ingredients for the chocolate coating in a small sauce pan and melt on low heat stirring continually to prevent chocolate from burning. Assembly- 1. Using a toothpick or skewer, insert into the middle of truffle and dip in chocolate. Knock of any excess chocolate by twirling your toothpick. 2. Top with chopped pecans 3. Place back in freezer till firm and enjoy!
