Healthy Cake Recipe | Chocolate Oats Cake | Refined sugar free

Looking for a guilty-free chocolate cake? Try this recipe, and you’ll love it! The cream cheese frosting is super healthy and made from scratch. RECIPE- 🍰 Dry ingredients - 1+1/4 cup oats flour (blended oats) - 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 tsp baking powder - 3/4th tsp baking soda 🍰 Whisk the dry ingredients and keep them aside. 🍰 Wet ingredients - 1/2 cup curd - 1/2 cup milk - 6 tbsp edible coconut oil (or any odorless oil/butter) - 1 tsp vanilla essence - 2 tbsp maple syrup/honey - 1 tbsp coconut jaggery/jaggery 🍰 Whisk the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. 🍰 Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients slowly while mixing. DON'T OVERMIX! 🍰 Add more jaggery is required to adjust the sweetness. 🍰 Grease an ovenproof bowl with coconut oil and pour the batter. 🍰Add your favorite chocolate/dark chocolate chips and cover them with the batter. (Optional) 🍰 Preheat the oven for 4-5 min at 170 degrees celsius. 🍰 Bake the cake for 35 min at 170 degrees celsius. 🍰 FOR THE CREAM CHEESE ~ - 100 grams fresh homemade paneer - 6-7 cashews soaked in water for 15 min - 1/2 tsp vanilla essence - 2 tbsp honey/maple syrup - 1 tbsp coconut jaggery/jaggery 🍰 Blend everything with 2 tbsp milk till creamy. You can add more syrup to adjust the sweetness. And the cream cheese is done! 🍰 Once the cake is made, let it cool down to room temperature.
