Hi guys, this is how I am cooking boneless chicken to make t very juicy and delicious. This recipe is very simple, coming from my childhood. So: 2 chicken breasts (the bigger the better) 2-3 eggs 100g flour solt pepper olive oil (you can add garlic if you like - will add more flavour) Cut chicken into thin slices Lightly beat the chicken cue balls with a hammer Add salt & pepper to each side of each slice Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk Put flout into separate plate. Add pepper and salt a lil Its time to fry. Add olive oil into frying pan. Add each slice of chicken first in flour. After that, dip in the egg and put on a warmed frying pan. Fry on both sides for 3-5 minutes each.
