Defending Calypso Monarch Granville Carter (Mr. DJ) , reclaimed his crown last Saturday night at the Solidarity House , during the National United Society of the Blind Calypso Competition. Out of the field of seven other competitors , Mr. DJ who is a four time winner in the eight years of the competition won with a total of 437 points , ahead of Size 2 , Elviston Maloney who was in second place , followed by Lady Emerald , Lisa Williams who earned third spot.
