Steely Spirit for the ability. Helping Hand from one and Fake Tears from the other two. 252 HP EVs, 252 Special Defense EVs and 4 Defense EVs. Sassy Nature! You want to get the Helping Hands done before the Fake Tears, due to Empoleon's Hidden Ability- Competitive.
