gameplay test: wall destruction, 250 players, 10,000 tiles

Just getting the engine geared up for big maps and lots of players. I don't really plan on having 250 players per game instance, but it is nice to have a high limit. It starts to get unstable around 340 concurrent players (just moving, not shooting). As there will be much shooting, the final player count is going to be lower. The game I have in mind is targeting 50-150 players, depending on the mode.
