Simulation of Wenker Inc/TESLA top coat (TC) oven

Newly designed top coat (TC) oven manufactured by Wenker Inc for Tesla is simulated. The oven is about 170 m long by 3 m width. The flow inside the oven is separated from the outside by two air-curtains located at both sides of the oven. The temperature evolution of the entire oven during the preheating process is shown here. When the oven reaches a steady state at the desired temperature, the car is moved inside the oven with the help of a conveyor.
