WINDMILL FARMS RESEARCH AND WHAT ARE THEY DOING TO RADAR

After researching the strange anomalies for some time now from radar, I have been posting some of what I have captured regarding windmills in Central IL.L. 5 area windfarms are very active and sometimes not active at all when pulsed radar produces returns. Here are some power outputs from numerous windfarms from arouund the country. These can power thousands of homes. It just so happens that weather modification requires plenty of power such as HAARP does via the gas supply in Alaska. Given a need for a large power source to fuel a grid for weatherr modification, there may just be some assistance.The towers and windmills are everywhere. Is there any relation?
