Uncle's Nell II spawned in Thieve's Landing in RDR2

In the beginning of the epilogue, I found Uncle's horse, Nell II in Thieve's Landing after clearing out the banditios there. Not sure why this specific Nell frequently spawns at weird spots throughout the map. I've seen Nell 2 at a bunch of spots, but the most common spot is obviously the spot north of St. Denis that is exploited by spergs like me to farm rare horses that Arthur usually can't obtain.
