Gunze Sangyo PT-50 back on the water after 30+ years

Gunze Sangyo of Japan sold this kit in 1980. My uncle Joe Martinet bought one, and built this boat in the early 1980s. I inherited this boat in non-working condition. The Electronics had been removed and the custom propeller was missing. I replaed the electronics with a modern 2.4 Ghz radio, a new electronic speed control, and machined a special adapter for the 2.5mm thread drive shaft.
