This type of training is great for developing strength across the entire range of motion. With the unbanded traditional version, strength curves exist in that you are stronger at certain point dog the lift than others. By using the band, you do a few things that can help you increase your overall pulling strength:
1⃣Increased band tension as you pull matches the strength ratio, therefore allowing you to load the deadlift with more tension during the entire pull, stressing all aspects according
2⃣Since the bottom of the lift is typically the hardest, by using accommodating resistance training (bands and chains) you learn to accelerate the bar off the floor, which will allow you to break through your infamous "sticking point"
3⃣Lastly, deadlifting heavy everyday will not give you a stronger deadlift. This type of training is best done with 50-60% of your 1RM on the bar, plus any bands or chain tension. By doing so, you allow adequate recovery of the CNS all while still training the movements that are necessary for your performance WANT MORE?
