Attacking an infantry stronghold to upgrade Heavy Vehicle units

Here I attack a lvl30 infantry stronghold in order to gain crits for my m270 heavy vehicle. After completing the attack, I am awarded a crate that contained infantry awards (mortarmen criticals). But then I am awarded BONUS criticals for each unit I brought into battle:Abrams, m270 & sniper. Had I launched a reaper strike I would have received BONUS reaper criticals too. If I needed to upgrade my mortarmen then all I need to do is have one squad of mortarmen in my platoon and I would also get BONUS mortarmen crits too. So whenever you attack a STRONGHOLD always use units you want to upgrade-bonus crits add up! Excuse the sloppy play, I let a howie hit me for 231 oil. This level is easily done for 0 oil.
