The game spotlights a few mods (listed below) but namely OOO Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul Summary - Viss-Cera pursues the Mystic Dawn Spies in Bruma then on to find a Daedric Artifact for Martin. Impending doom for Bruma if the Mystic Dawn opens the gate there. The hope is to get an artifact from the Azura Shrine.
