The Cobra G.T.P (Heavy Arms) : Episode 2 pt1 - Modifications

Hey everybody, welcome the episode 2 of the custom Cobra G.T.P. build for Cobra Convergence V!! This episode will be a 2 parter. Look for part 2 of this episode Sunday, August 9th 2020. So this episode begins by working on the front axel & treads for the G.T.P. I make a custom axel out of styrene sticks & card. I sand it & shape it until it fits into the treads. Once I'm happy with the shape of the axel, I attach the new axel to the body with plastic weld. Next, I move to the rear wheels. For this mod i cut the wheel posts off of a 1988 GI Joe Mean Dog. After a bit of snipping & sanding to get the shape just right, I also attach the posts to the chasis using plastic weld.
