Honda Pilot dashboard clicking noise blend door actuator

CRC Electronic Cleaner https://amzn.to/3633PKN Permatex Dielectric Grease, https://amzn.to/363BEv9 My 2003 Honda Pilot had clicking noise when the cabin temperature setting was between max cold and max hot. Moverover, I did not had temperature control beside max cold and max hot. After I cleaned the temperature blend door actuator and re-grease it with dielectric grease. Problem solved. It saved me some money to buy a new actuator. Hope the video can help you fix the same problem on your Honda Pilot. Thanks for watching
