Carrots in Horseradish Sauce with Michael's Home Cooking

I love carrots and this Horseradish Carrot Casserole would go very well with a steak or beef. Ingredients: 2 pounds of carrots 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup horseradish 1/4 cup grated onion 1 teaspoon coarse salt pepper to taste Boil "cut" carrots in water for 9 or 10 minutes until almost tender or longer if you prefer tender carrots. Arrange carrrots in a 8 X 8 baking dish. Make your sauce from the rest of the ingredients with 1/2 cup of the carrot water. Drizzle to sauce over the carrots and bake @ 375 about 20 minutes. You can take some buttered bread crumbs or crackers to top the casserole off before baking for a topping if you wish. Makes 6 servings. Thank you for watching!
