Fellow Atmos Replacement Lid | Unboxing | Vacuum Coffee Canister

In this simple video, i will explain how i get the replacement lid sent by Fellow. Shout out to @fellowproducts for the aftersales service. My previous lid didn’t hold the vacuum more than 10 hours. I’ve tried the troubleshooting on their website 3 times, and my problem not solved. They sent the replacement lid after i complain, and fill the invoice, product pic, & my address on the form, and they sent the new lid to me for free.
