Shattering Impact test

Killing a level 120 Corrputed Bombard took 6 seconds, whether or not I used Shattering Impact. This includes me derping around for a half-second doing nothing when I didn't use Shattering Impact, because I accidentally stood on the Bombard's head. The mod's slow armor stripping doesn't seem to have any real effect when I can kill enemies this quickly.
