In this series of interviews, different people share their perspective on GROOMING DAUGHTERS IN FAMILY BUSINESS... Dr Lee is a second-generation in her family business. Born in a big joint family in Malaysia in agriculture business, she became a medical Doctor and later married and currently settled with her children and grandchildren in Singapore. Due to a prolonged illness of her father, being a Doctor she took care and during this time started learning the business. Today she manages IT ERP developed for in house now to global markets. She brings excellent insights into the Malaysian and Singaporean way of family business thinking as well as the aspect of Women in family business.
