Spyro Reignited Trilogy is a 2018 American thee-in-one platform video game collection, developed by Toys for Bob and published by Activision, which contains remasters of the first three games in the Spyro series: Spyro the Dragon, Ripto's Rage!, and Year of the Dragon. In the cutscene before the player fights Gulp, the game's second boss, Ripto nearly feeds a fairy to him and, when Spyro interrupts, promises that if he defeats the purple dragon, he can have as many fairies as he wants. The fight is then initiated by Ripto, telling Gulp that it's "lunch time" and implying he expects him to eat our hero as well.
