Piping Data transfer between SmartPlant Isometrics and SmartPlant 3D

The 2010 release of SmartPlant Isometrics in May 2010 has introduced the ability to save pipeline data from SmartPlant Isometrics in a format that can be imported by SmartPlant 3D. This means that existing or as-built piping can be captured on site using a tablet computer and integrated with a design model in SmartPlant 3D. Or, piping data from almost any design system can be edited in SmartPlant Isometrics prior to loading into SmartPlant 3D. This video will demonstrate: (1) How to use SP Isometrics to capture "as built" or site run piping data on site and feed intelligent as built models back to SP3D (2) How to use SP Isometrics to edit data from virtually all plant design systems before loading into SP3D
