Xperia Mini - unstable display toggling (problem)

This Sony Ericsson Xperia mini pro, which belongs to my wife (used about a month), had a problem with the display. It will toggles intermittently by itself. If you watch the video carefully, you will see the problem, switching the screen automatically. But, I am not sure if this is a software or hardware problem. Surely, it needs to be fixed by Sony Ericsson.
