Low Carb Mac and Cheese | Keto-friendly Mac and Cheese Hello, friends! Today, I will show you how I make my Low Carb Mac and Cheese. Firstly, the shirataki-oat noodles can be easily replaced by pre-cooked / roasted cauliflower. Secondly, the basic cheese sauce is super easy, you will only need 2 ingredients: whipping cream and shredded cheese. However, I have added extra ingredients to this basic recipe to take it to another level, but you can definitely add your personal touch to this. Lastly, the low-carb bread crumb topping is optional, you can try using almond flour instead, or omit it altogether. I’ve used the air fryer to “bake” the dish but feel free to use your regular oven if that’s what you have.
