We caught up with the Chairman of Siemens and Maersk and Dreams & Details co-founder, Jim Hagemann Snabe, at EU Business School’s exclusive Dreams & Details conference that was held in L’Auditori in Barcelona. We asked him about the new Dreams & Details #leadership model he developed alongside former national volleyball coach of Denmark and Dreams & Details co-founder and CEO, Mikael Trolle. He discussed empowerment and the future of leadership. He believes that we are the last generation to address socio-economic issues through effective leadership and that we should not miss out on the opportunity to action for change.
