The Lexis Hibiscus [Part Three]: Visiting PD Waterfront

The plan was to visit PD Waterfront as was recommended by the staffs. Unfortunately, most of the shops there was either close or still undergoing renovation and as such, we didn't spend much time there. However, that was back in 2015 when PD Waterfront was still in its infancy. I've been told that it is a much better place to visit now.
