Balinese Hindu belief worships trees

Balinese Hinduism (also called Religion Hindu Dharma or Religion Tirtha ("The Religion of Holy Water")[1] is a practice of Hinduism that is generally practiced by the majority of Balinese tribes in Indonesia. Balinese Hinduism is a syncretism (merger) of Hindu beliefs of the Saiwa sect, Vaishnava, and Brahma with the original beliefs of the Balinese tribe. The oldest known relics in Indonesia related to Hinduism are the statues of Ganesha and Shiva which were found on the island of Panaitan and are estimated from the first century after Christ. 400 AD.[3] In Bali, the oldest known relic is the Shiva statue found in Bedulu, Gianyar, and is estimated to be from the 8th century[3] whose pattern is similar to the Shiva statue found in the 8th century in the Dieng plateau, Central Java. Balinese Hindus have their own calendar system which is different from the Hindu calendar system in India and Nepal. Religious holidays for Balinese Hindus are generally calculated based on wewaran and pawukon, a combination of Pancawara, Saptawara, and Wuku. However, there are also holidays that use the Saka calendar from India. In Hinduism, there are various efforts or media to get closer to God Almighty. One of the efforts or media is through the implementation of religious holidays. Among so many Hindu holidays, one of them is a day to worship the majesty of God Almighty through the care for His creation in the form of livestock or pets. Hindus in Bali call that day Tumpek Kandang or Tumpek Uye Day, which falls on every Saturday Kliwon Wuku Uye according to the Balinese-Javanese calendar calculations. This day comes once every six months (210 days). On this day Hindus make a ceremony to worship the majesty of God Almighty as Siva or Pasupati, who cares for all beings in this universe. This worship of God Almighty is realized by giving a ceremony of salvation for all stars, especially livestock or pets. https://youtu.be/-QmkxgttMf0 https://youtu.be/jEONfI4dtLA https://youtu.be/PZ0BlsL5QHI https://youtu.be/Lplub4l2ZwY https://youtu.be/oQx9vbxY15Y https://youtu.be/UEWCCSuHsuQ https://youtu.be/Z2k3Q7GYc8o #bali #indonesia #denpasar #baliindonesia #balilife #ubud #travel #explorebali #canggubali #infodenpasar #kuta #lombok #viral #instagram #instagood #baliisland #nusapenida #balidaily #balitrip #Balistyle #wonderfulindonesia #infobali #balinese #travelphotography #realstories #Documentaries
