How to Start Steam Games in Windowed or Full Screen (Fast Tutorial)

Do you want to know how to start steam games in windowed or full screen modes without opening the game settings? This is very easy to do. If you go to the game, in my video I choose apex legends under the library. Went to properties and then general. Then under the launch modifications you can type in -windowed or -fullscreen to to start the game in one of the two window options. This will work with most steam games however there maybe some games that still won't start in the selected window option. ...
