This is a roundtable discussion on the topic of startups. The panelists are students on UC Berkeley Law School's LLM Program (professional track). Each speaks to their experience of working with startups in their own country, as well as the legal aspects of startups more generally. Initial presentations by each of the panelists are followed by a Q&A session.
