Relax Your Neck and Shoulders - Quick and Easy Neck and Shoulder Stretches for All Levels

Welcome to this 8 minute neck and shoulder stretching routine! If you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, working on your computer or carrying heavy bags, you know how tight your neck and shoulders can get. In this routine, I’ll take you through a series of stretches that will help relieve tension, improve mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. This routine consists of 10 beautiful poses that are designed to alleviate your pain and help you feel more relaxed and energized. This mix of poses will suit your individual needs and level of flexibility. Each pose lasts for 45 seconds with 6 seconds of rest in between. Remember to take deep breaths, move mindfully, and always listen to your body. A gentle and relaxing music on the background will help you relax not only physically but also mentally. Let go of any thoughts and just let yourself focus on breathing and letting go of any tension in your upper body. So, whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you can follow along and experience the benefits of this routine. For your convenience there is a countdown sound at the end of each exercise that signals about ending, as well as there are voice instructions that are navigating you through each pose and provide a better understanding of the technique.
