The “f” in “f-stop” stands for the focal length of the lens. While focal length itself refers to the field of view of a lens, f-stop is about how much light you allow to hit the sensor via the aperture opening. Aperture sizes are measured by f-stops. A high f-stop like f/22 means that the aperture hole is very small (Image: Sharp throughout), and a low f-stop like f/1.8 means that the aperture is wide open (Image: Less Sharp). So, the smaller the aperture, the longer the shutter speed you'll need in a given scenario. Thanks for Watching & Support! Don’t forget to👇🏻 Like, Share, Subscribe &👉🏻🔔 Follow for More😎@DeLensman
