DIY Pallet Couch and Coffee Table - EASY !

In this video we will show you an easy way to make a couch and a coffee table just with pallets. This can be a nice school project idea for those of you that want to create something big, attractive and easy to do. For this project you'll gonna need: - 5 big pallets [to make the couch] (the number may vary according to your needs) - 2 small pallets [to make the coffe table] (the number may vary according to your needs) - a jigsaw - a hammer - screws - a screwdriver And finally make sure to wear eye protection and consider using gloves since pallet's wood is not smooth and can cause bleeding. In the video we started by making the small coffee table. To make that, we used two pallets , we filled the gaps from the first pallet with wood from the second one, then we cut the base from the second pallet and screwed it under the first pallet to make it higher and more confortable to use. After making sure all parts were screwed well, we went and started making the couch. For the couch, we put 4 pallets one over the other then cut the two top pallets in a 'U' shape to form the back and side support. After that we took some wood from a 5th pallet and used it to screw the 4 parts of the couch from the side . We did the same thing for each side , so we ended up with four peaces of wood in each corner fixing the couch pallets together. And that's it, you can make more than one couch or do some modifications to our concept to make a larger one and place it where ever you want .
