How To Make Super Soft Dinner Roll | Milk Bread Loaf Total Time Prep: 20 min. + rising Bake: 15-20 min. Makes 8 Dinner Rolls 1 Milk Bread Loaf (8-10 slices) Ingredients: 3 1/4 Cups of All-Purpose Flour 1 tsp. Salt (Himalayan Pink Salt) 1/4 Cup White Sugar 3/4 Cup Unsalted Melted Butter 1 Large Egg (Beaten) 1 Cup Warm Milk 2 tsp. Instant Dry Yeast 1 tbsp. Sugar Directions: Yeast Mixture: 1. In a bowl, dissolve 2 tsp. instant dry yeast and 1 tbsp. sugar in 1 cup warm milk; let stand until bubbles form on surface. Flour Mixture: 2. Whisk together remaining ¼ cup sugar, 1 tsp. salt, and 3 cups flour. Prepare Dough: 3. Pour milk into flour mixture and beat until smooth. Gradually add ¾ cup unsalted melted butter and 1 egg. Stir in enough to form soft dough. 4. Set aside 1 tbsp. of egg white and 1 tsp. of milk for brushing. 5. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic for about 7-10 minutes. 6. Place in greased bowl, apply little bit of grease to dough. Cover and let rise in warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled. 7. Punch dough down. Turn onto lightly floured surface; divide dough in half. Shape half into 8 circles and other half into loaf. 8. Place 8 circled dough in greased 6x10-inches baking dish and in 9x5-inches pan. Cover and let rise for about 30~40 mins or until doubled. Prepare To Bake: 9. Brush dough with egg wash and bake to preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown, 15-20 minutes. 10.
